You've seen "Last Comic Standing," now you can learn how the pros do it! You will discuss: writing and joke structure, performance techniques, stage presence, dealing with hecklers, and the infrequently talked about etiquette of standup. If you’re a funny person or just someone interested in gaining more insight into the art of standup, then don't miss this opportunity to laugh and learn with your new friends. Handouts include: comedy tips, etiquette pointers and valuable resources.

Graham Currin has been performing stand-up for five years and has served as the Emcee/Booker for Cinema Cafe, a weekly comedy showcase. He has opened for headliners such as Erin Jackson, Tracy Smith, and Bob Dibuono. Graham was featured in the 2009 Comedy Spotlight on Comcast, has been a host and writer for an entertainment news show on VTTV, and was a previous winner of the Late Show Write-In Contest. He received first place in Magooby's New Talent Competition and second place in the Funnybone Clash of Comics.
