Discover the power of modern manners in this comfortable environment. *Optional workbook fee of $5 paid to instructor at the class.

Nancy Mitchell is an established protocol and etiquette consultant and advisor with more than 25 years of experience in the field, and currently teaches protocol courses at George Washington University and Stratford University, and serves as a protocol and special events consultant to the Library of Congress. She owns and manages The Etiquette Advocate®, a firm offering etiquette and protocol training to corporations, universities, individuals and organizations.
